Interfaith Families

Temple Emanuel warmly welcomes every interfaith family to our Temple community who wishes to participate as members.  We have many families and couples who come from interfaith relationships who wish to embrace Judaism in their lives.  Many of our families are very active in a number of services and activities throughout the year and volunteer in a number of different ways.

There is never any pressure to convert to Judaism, but you may have questions about this process or the information learned from going through a process like this.  Please feel free to contact  Rabbi Linda Bertenthal for a confidential and candid discussion.

You might be interested in joining our OUTREACH COMMITTEE or Interfaith Family Chavurah to become friends with other families from interfaith backgrounds.  We hope you’ll feel comfortable and get to know us.
